Overview
We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, reschedules, and refunds across all Kairos Aesthetic Training programs. By booking a training date with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your training date. This deposit confirms your spot and covers the administrative and preparation costs associated with your program. The remaining balance is due prior to your scheduled training date.
Cancellation Terms
30 or more days before your training date: Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance are eligible for a credit toward a future training date. No refunds will be issued on deposits.
15 to 29 days before your training date: Cancellations made within this window forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for credit transfer.
14 days or fewer before your training date: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled training date forfeit all payments made, including any balance paid beyond the deposit.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 21 days notice prior to your original training date. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply for changes requested with less than 21 days notice.
No Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled training without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of all payments. No credits or refunds will be issued.
Kairos-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Kairos Aesthetic Training must cancel or reschedule a training date due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full credit toward a future training date or a complete refund of all payments made.
Travel and Lodging
Kairos Aesthetic Training is not responsible for any travel or lodging costs incurred in connection with your training date. We strongly recommend booking refundable travel arrangements until your training date is confirmed.
