Internal Training

Come to Us. Train at the Standard We Hold Every Day.
Our internal training programs are held at our Irving, TX facility, giving providers direct access to a real, fully equipped aesthetic practice and the hands-on learning environment that produces confident, results-driven clinicians.
Training internally at Kairos means stepping into the same environment where we treat our own patients every day. Providers gain more than technique. They observe how a high-functioning, patient-centered aesthetic practice operates from the inside, from consultation flow and treatment planning to real-time clinical decision-making and patient communication. Every internal program is led by Taylor Siemens, NP-C, and built to give attendees a complete picture of clinical excellence in action.
Two Ways to Train Internally With Us
We offer two internal training formats, each designed for a different level of hands-on participation. Both are held at our Irving, TX facility and led by Taylor Siemens, NP-C. Select the format that best fits your goals and your team's learning needs.
Every Internal Training Is Built Around These Principles
From the moment your team arrives at our Irving, TX facility to the final session of your training day, we hold every internal program to the same standard of clinical excellence we practice daily.
You train inside a real, fully operational aesthetic practice, giving you direct exposure to the workflows, standards, and patient care principles we apply every day.
Every internal program is led by Taylor Siemens, NP-C. You receive direct instruction, honest feedback, and real-time clinical guidance from start to finish.
We handle the patients, the equipment, and the setup. You arrive ready to learn and leave with the clinical depth you came for.
Internal training goes beyond technique. We walk through consultation flow, treatment planning frameworks, and the clinical decision-making process that drives consistent, high-quality patient outcomes.
You leave with the protocols, worksheets, and treatment planning frameworks needed to apply what you learned immediately and effectively inside your own practice.
Every attendee receives a certificate upon completing their Kairos internal training program, recognizing their commitment to clinical growth and continuing aesthetic education.

What Our Enrollees Say
We Train the Way We Treat
Every program we teach is grounded in active clinical practice, real patient outcomes, and a decade of earned expertise.
We built Kairos because the education gap in aesthetic medicine is real. Providers deserve training that reflects what actually happens in the treatment room, not what looks good on a slide deck. Our programs are honest, clinically rigorous, and designed to make you a better, safer, more confident provider.
