Shadow a Real Clinical Day
Shadowing at Kairos gives clinicians a full day of passive observation inside our Irving, TX practice, following Taylor Siemens, NP-C, through live patient care, consultations, treatment planning, and real-time clinical decision-making.
This format is designed for clinicians who want to understand the full picture of how an exceptional aesthetic practice operates, not just the techniques, but the systems, the communication, the clinical judgment, and the workflow that produce consistent, high-quality outcomes. Shadowing at Kairos is an immersive, observation-only experience that gives providers direct exposure to a real clinical day inside one of the most respected aesthetic training facilities in the country.
A Complete View of Clinical Excellence in Action
Shadowing at Kairos goes beyond technique. Clinicians observe the full scope of a real patient care day, from the first consultation to the final treatment, gaining insight into the decisions, systems, and standards that drive outstanding results.

Shadowing at Kairos is ideal for clinicians at any stage who want to observe what clinical excellence looks like from the inside. It is the right fit for providers who are new to aesthetics and want a foundational framework, experienced injectors looking to refine their approach, or practice owners who want to study the systems and standards behind a high-performing aesthetic clinic before building or scaling their own.
Every Shadowing Experience at Kairos Includes These Standards
From the first patient of the day to the last appointment on the schedule, clinicians who shadow at Kairos observe a complete, unfiltered picture of how we deliver patient care at the highest level.
Clinicians follow Taylor through a complete clinical day, observing every appointment, consultation, and treatment from start to finish without interrupting patient care flow.
Taylor opens structured discussion periods between appointments, giving shadowing clinicians the opportunity to ask questions, review decisions, and deepen their understanding of what they observed.
Clinicians observe how Taylor builds and adjusts treatment plans in real time, giving them a practical framework for patient assessment and consultation they can bring back to their own practice.
Shadowing at Kairos exposes clinicians to how Taylor communicates with patients, sets expectations, educates on treatment options, and builds the trust that drives long-term patient retention.
Beyond clinical technique, clinicians gain exposure to the operational principles, scheduling systems, and leadership standards that make a high-performing aesthetic practice run with consistency and excellence.
Every clinician receives a certificate upon completing their Shadowing at Kairos experience, recognizing their investment in continuing education and their commitment to elevating their clinical practice.

What Our Enrollees Say
We Train the Way We Treat
Every program we teach is grounded in active clinical practice, real patient outcomes, and a decade of earned expertise.
We built Kairos because the education gap in aesthetic medicine is real. Providers deserve training that reflects what actually happens in the treatment room, not what looks good on a slide deck. Our programs are honest, clinically rigorous, and designed to make you a better, safer, more confident provider.
