Every training program is led by Taylor Siemens, NP-C, a nationally recognized aesthetic medicine expert with a decade of active clinical experience in injectables, laser medicine, facial plastics, and multi-site practice operations.
We offer both internal and external training formats. Internal programs are held at our Irving, TX facility. External programs bring Taylor directly to your clinic, wherever you are located across the country.
We offer four training formats: Private Training External, Private Training Internal, Hosted Group Training, and Shadowing at Kairos. Each is designed for a different team size, learning objective, and clinical environment.
It depends on the format. Private Training External and Hosted Group Training require clinic-provided models. Private Training Internal and Shadowing at Kairos do not, as training takes place inside our facility using our own scheduled patients.
Attendee limits vary by format. Private Training Internal accommodates up to three attendees, with add-ons available at an additional per-person rate. Hosted Group Training includes up to four host clinic clinicians with observer seats available. Contact us to discuss your team size before booking.
Yes. Kairos Aesthetic Training is an approved Sciton training partner. We offer device-specific Sciton training covering safety protocols, treatment parameters, patient selection, and clinical workflow for providers looking to expand their laser offerings.
All attendees receive a certificate of completion along with protocols, treatment planning tools, and training materials relevant to the program they attended.

Yes. Taylor travels nationwide for Private Training External and Hosted Group Training programs. Travel and lodging costs are added to the base program fee and confirmed at the time of booking.
